FAQs about the Early Bird Beer Fest
Where do I pick up my EARLY BIRD SPECIAL bottles?

Bottles will be available when leaving the festival at the brewery roll up gate. Bottles can be picked up as early as 2pm the day of the fest. Please note, we WILL NOT ship and we WILL NOT hold your bottles past MARCH 31, 2019. Any bottles left will be forfeited. You will need your Early Bird Beer Fest Wristband to pick up your bottles. You will be the only who can pick up your bottles, no proxies will be allowed.
What will I need to enter the FESTIVAL?

All guests must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license, military ID or passport. All attendees must bring a copy of their festival ticket (digital or printed).
Where do I park for EARLY BIRD BEER FEST?

We strongly encourage using Uber, Lyft, taxi, or walking to the fest. However, parking is available at the King Avenue Parking Garage (1003 Kings Ave. Jacksonville, FL 32207). Bike valet will be available onsite by Quicklink Cycle Solutions.
What time should I arrive to THE FESTIVAL?

We will begin checking IDs and issuing wristbands for VIP ticket holders starting at 11 am, VIP entry will begin at 12pm, General Admission will begin at 1 pm.
What CAN I bring?

An empty re-useable water bottle. Water stations will be available.

A Camelbak, which must also be empty

Sunscreen

Clear bags that are no bigger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″

Purses/clutches/wallets no bigger than 4.5″ x 6.5″
What is prohibited?

Firearms

Bags & cases that are not approved

Outside alcohol of any kind (no bottle shares in line)

What if I bring a prohibited item?

Prohibited items (and lost found items) will be held till the end of the festival. They can be picked up at the exit tent upon leaving. If you are unable to pick-up your items, please email info@aardwolfbrewing.com.
Should I bring cash or credit cards?

YES! Food trucks will be at the festival and will take both cash and cards. The taproom will also be open for business if you want to grab any merchandise after the event.
Can I leave and re-enter early bird beer fest?

Re-entry to the festival will not be allowed. Wristbands will be removed when picking up bottles and/or exiting the festival.

Where do I enter the festival?

The only entrance and exit to will be on Cedar Street.
What happens if it rains?

The festival will go on, rain or shine.
